David Phillips started Silver Star Real Estate in 2002 with just one other agent. That first year, they sold nearly $1,000,000 worth of real estate.

Over the next few years they averaged about $3,000,000 in annual sales and saw steady growth. By 2018 the company was up to 16 agents and sold $8,000,000 in real estate.
In 2019, Catherine Phillips joined the team full time doing both sales & agent support. Also in 2019, the company closed on over $10,000,000 in sales, added a dedicated commercial real estate division, hired a web-designer and began a re-branding campaign and marketing strategy.

Silver Star Real Estate has sold residential homes, investment and commercial properties, raw land, bare lots, lake front homes as well as specialty & flex properties.
